Caelian Hill At The Founding

Under a area called Tullus Hostilius. Is one of the Hills seven hills in Rome. Most of the population of Alba Longa was forced to resettled on the Caelian Hill.The hill received its name from Caelius Vibenna. Some of the reason why the hill was given this name is either because he established a settlement here or because his friend Serius Tullius wanted to honor him after his death.
